FAQ

Custom domain

In campaign settings, you can specify your own domain through which its system links will work. To do this, you need to create a CNAME record at your domain registrar pointing to {short_link_domain}. (with a dot at the end). You can set up a CNAME either for the root domain (@) or for a separate subdomain (for example, link.yourdomain.com). If the record is set up successfully, opening your domain name will redirect you to the system homepage. After the domain is connected, your links will be available at both the new and the old address. Please note that if you remove the domain CNAME record or your domain registration expires, short links using that domain will stop working. If you want to remove the domain binding, simply delete the domain name and save the campaign.

How often or when are payouts made?

Payouts are processed within 3 days from the moment you submit a withdrawal request. You can withdraw only funds that were earned at least one week before the request was submitted.

Link title and description

You can set a title and description for all campaign links (including individually). They will be shown on the ad page. This helps people who follow your links better understand where the link leads and increases trust in it.

List of all campaign links

Campaign links can be downloaded as a list. The list will include only short links together with their destination URLs (automatically generated links from your site will not be included). This can be useful if you want to process these lists separately or make a backup. You can download the links in the campaign settings.

Macros for links

The system supports macros that can be added to the shortened link as parameters.

Example: http://yourhomepage.com/?ref={referer_url}&campaign_id={campaign_id}

Available macros:

{referer_domain} - Domain of the website from which the click was made.
{referer_url} - URL of the website from which the click was made.
{campaign_id} - Campaign ID.
{url_id} - Short link ID.
{country} - Visitor country.

Monetization of clicks

You can enable or disable monetization of clicks on your links. If monetization is disabled, all links - both short links and automatically created ones - will send the user to the destination link without showing ads and without generating earnings. If monetization is enabled, each unique click on your link will generate income for you according to the current rate.

Password for links

You can set a password for links. This is useful if you want to give access to the destination link to a limited audience only. For example, only to registered users of your website, to whom you could share the password.

Text on the transition button

You can set the text on the button that leads to the destination link yourself (on the ad page). Whether you call it "Lets go!", "Download" or "Get bonus" - the choice is yours.

What do I need to do to start earning?

After registration, you will find the "Tools" link in your account menu. Use any method from this section that works best for you. For example, if you choose the option of installing JavaScript code on your site, it will automatically convert links from your site into System links. Once your site visitors start following those links, your earnings will start accruing right away.

Campaign settings: Ad formats

Banners - graphic ad images displayed on the page with the transition button.
Popunder/Clickunder - an ad format where the advertised site opens either in a new window or in the current one (in that case, the current page opens in a new window).
Adult - ads containing erotic content for adults.

Campaign settings: Link format

Key only - the shortest link format, consisting of the system domain (or your own domain) and the key. Example: https://rib1.ru/be2a
Key + Link - a link format where, in addition to the key, part of the URL following the domain of the destination link is also included in the short link. Such a link may look more trustworthy to your site visitors because they can see in advance where it leads. Example: https://rib1.ru/be2a/bass-boosted-music-mix-2-0-47/2022112/view

Campaign settings: Link transition mode

Automatic - users following the link will be taken directly to the destination link if ads are disabled in the campaign, no password is set, and no analytics code is used.
Direct link - users go directly to the destination link. Campaign settings related to ads, security, appearance, and analytics are ignored.
Intermediate page - users always land on the page with the transition button.

Campaign settings: Public statistics on links

If this option is enabled, statistics for your link (ending with "+") will become publicly available.

When following the system link, ads are not displayed (no earnings are credited)

It is possible that ad display is disabled in the campaign where the link is saved.
Please note that in the default campaign (created during registration), ad display is initially disabled. You can enable ad display in the campaign settings
